Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Contracts and Risk Analyst (Contracts Paralegal) to support architecture, engineering, and construction clients with contract risk management, claims administration, and loss control. You will collaborate with veteran brokers and construction attorneys to deliver industry-leading service across designs and projects.

The role emphasizes contracts and claims management, with a preference for Alpharetta, GA, and offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of contract admin, claims review, risk mgmt for AEC clients.
• Paralegal certification required.
• May need Property & Casualty license(s) or other designations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and solid time management.

Responsibilities

• Review design/consulting/construction contracts for risk exposures and advise clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual risk and insurance provisions with counsel.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals on contract analysis services.
• Coordinate with brokers on contractual insurance requirements and risk issues.
• Assist clients in recognizing and reporting claims across lines handled by Greyling.
• Monitor client losses with carriers and prepare claim summaries.
• Participate in client claims reviews and renewal prep.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn insurance for architecture/engineering/construction clients.
