EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Contracts and Risk Analyst to support architecture, engineering, and construction clients with contract risk management, claims administration, loss control, and training. The role collaborates with brokers, attorneys, and paralegals to deliver risk‑aware solutions.

The position involves contract analysis to identify risk exposures, advising on insurability and mitigation, and coordinating with teams on pre-renewal and renewal cycles to ensure client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration, claims review or risk management in AEC.
• Paralegal Certification or JD + active bar membership preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze design, consulting, and construction contracts for risk exposures.
• Negotiate contractual risk and insurance provisions with clients and counsel.
• Coordinate with brokers on insurance requirements and risk management issues.
• Assist in claims and loss control activities across lines.
• Support client renewals and claims reviews with documentation.
