Job summary

Group 70 International, Inc. is seeking a Contract Specialist to support contract review and advisory functions for client and subconsultant agreements, amendments, task orders, COIs, and related documents in our planning, interior, and architectural services.

Reporting to the Senior Contract Specialist, you will help in review, negotiation, risk evaluation, and template maintenance. You'll educate project teams on contract structures, assist with signature routing (DocuSign), and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2 years contract administration experience.
• Ability to learn and negotiate complex professional services contracts.
• Commitment to confidentiality and NDA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing client and subconsultant contracts and amendments.
• Analyze contract terms for risk and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Track document reviews and integrate comments into drafts.
• Educate project teams on contract structures and terms.
