Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support business development and marketing initiatives across our projects. You will coordinate proposals, manage content and data, engage clients, and assist with events to showcase Coffman's capabilities.

The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and a strong focus on producing compelling, high-quality marketing materials. Prior experience in the AEC sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support.
• Develop and produce high-quality proposals, manage marketing data and resources, and coordinate internal and external communications.
