Architessa seeks an experienced A&D Sales Representative to grow its commercial tile business by building trusted relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, and contractors. Qualifications

• Consultative commercial sales and relationship development.
• Knowledge of architecture/design specification process.
• Ability to understand tile and surface applications and design considerations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, tile contractors, and other project partners.
• Execute account visits, showroom appointments, presentations, events, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain a practical route and account plan with quarterly follow‑up cadence.
• Secure complete specifications including item, color, size, finish, and purchasing path.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales on samples, quotations, bids, submittals, and lead times.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data for Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and close dates.
