Job summary

EGGER North America is seeking an A&D Specification Representative for the Chicago/Midwest region to drive product specifications with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers. The role focuses on building influential relationships, presenting EGGER laminates, and supporting commercial project success from concept through installation.

The candidate will engage with design communities, manage projects, and promote the EGGER brand through events and CEU sessions, while

Qualifications

Four-year degree preferred or compensatory closely related work experience required.
Valid Driver's License required.
Experience with architectural and design firms is required.
Contacts within prominent commercial interior design firms in the territory.
Experience as a project-focused Interior Specifier is valued.
Deep understanding of the specification process and ability to influence it.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and developers to generate EGGER specifications.
Promote EGGER brand through presentations, seminars, and events.
Identify and pursue high-value projects from planning to installation.
Provide consultation on project design, product identification, and specifications.
Track key projects with Dodge and SpecLink to support specification retention.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to grow distributor product sales.
Maintain CRM/Salesforce records and reports.
Conduct training sessions for architectural/spec communities.
