Job summary

PoliLam, a fast-growing manufacturer of high-pressure decorative laminate and related materials, seeks a Specifications Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive product specifications through architecture and design firms, contractors, and millwork shops to grow PoliLam’s A&D presence.

You will educate designers, host presentations, promote collections, and coordinate with distributor partners and the internal sales team to convert specifications into orders, using SpecLink and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in A&D sales or related materials industry.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Existing A&D firm relationships preferred.
• Willingness to travel monthly across several states.
• CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build relationships with architecture & design firms and contractors.
• Lead product presentations, trainings, and launches.
• Drive specifications and manage projects from design to order.
• Maintain accurate reporting of pipelines and KPIs.
