Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. You will lead a global portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives across pre- and post-close phases, coordinating resources, risk management, and executive reporting to enable secure transactions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, mature playbooks, and drive continuous improvement in deal execution and security risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, and contractor coordination.
• Advance deal security initiatives, including service offering awareness and education.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and progress against milestones.
• Serve as a delivery lead for post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Establish and improve playbooks, templates, workflows, and Definition of Done expectations.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths across transactions.
