Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Security Strategy in A&D to lead cybersecurity across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, drive portfolio execution, and deliver reporting to senior leaders worldwide.

In this global matrixed role, you will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and ISRM teams to mature playbooks, define processes, and ensure timely, secure transaction outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity, risk management, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams and exec reporting.
• Ability to translate security and business requirements into actionable plans and reports.
• Strong understanding of security controls, vulnerability management, IAM, cloud and data protection.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, or similar transformations preferred.
• Ability to operate in a global matrixed environment and influence without authority.
• Excellent executive communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience improving processes, playbooks, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across pre- and post-close phases.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination for A&D security.
• Advance deal security initiatives and team education across transaction types.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk posture.
• Coordinate post-close integration and divestiture workstreams and milestones.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and definitions of done for security activities.
• Capture lessons learned and improve reporting, workflows, and playbooks.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths across programs.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, finance, and business teams to align timelines.
• Coach and develop team members and contractors in a matrix environment.
