Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to drive cybersecurity portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close transactions, ensuring effective risk management and clear reporting.

This role partners with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and ISRM, to align security plans with business priorities, mature playbooks, and governance processes. Remote work options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, risks, and executive reporting needs.
• Strong executive communication skills to summarize risk, business impact, and decisions for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio execution, capability resourcing, deal security engagement, executive reporting, playbook maturity, and post-close workstream coordination.
• Translate deal priorities and cybersecurity risks into structured plans and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with A&D cybersecurity leadership, ISRM capability owners, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business technology teams to strengthen deal security coverage.
• Establish and improve A&D security administrative processes, playbooks, templates, workflows, RACI models, and Definition of Done expectations.
• Serve as delivery lead or deputy DRI for selected post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
