Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the A&D cybersecurity strategy, deal security, and operations. You will align cybersecurity priorities with acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, driving capability development and portfolio maturity across a global scope.

You will partner with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business technology teams to ensure secure transaction outcomes, while delivering repeatable processes, reporting, and risk

Qualifications

8+ years in cybersecurity or information risk management.
Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams.
Ability to translate cybersecurity, technology, and business requirements into actionable plans.
Strong executive communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across pre-close and post-close.
Support resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination for scale.
Advance deal security initiatives, educate deal teams, and provide intake support.
Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
Coordinate post-close integration workstreams, owners, and dependencies.
Establish standardized security processes, playbooks, and dashboards.
