Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager to lead A&D security strategy, deal security, and operations across pre- and post-close transactions. You will provide executive reporting, playbook maturation, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and ISRM teams.

You will translate priorities into structured plans, manage resources, and drive standardized processes to ensure secure transaction outcomes across a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity and business requirements into actionable operating plans and dashboards.
• Strong executive communication skills to summarize risk, impact, decisions, and progress for senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, or licensing arrangements preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• A&D Cybersecurity Portfolio Operations: manage a portfolio of initiatives across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Capability Resourcing & Oversight: plan resources, onboarding, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms.
• Deal Security Enablement: advance deal security initiatives and education across transaction types.
• Reporting, Governance & Executive Visibility: maintain executive-level portfolio reporting and risk metrics.
• Post-Close Workstream Coordination: lead or support post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Process Standardization & Operational Maturity: establish playbooks, templates, workflows, and RACI models.
• Continuous Improvement: capture lessons learned and improve playbooks and reporting.
