Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations within a global M&A portfolio. You will drive portfolio execution, capacity planning, risk-based decision making, and executive reporting across pre- and post-close activities.

You will collaborate with A&D cybersecurity, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, IT, and external providers to strengthen deal security coverage, mature processes, and ensure secure transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity/risk management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs/portfolios with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre- and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and project assignments for scaling capability.
• Advance deal security initiatives through playbooks, education, and consistent participation across transaction types.
