You will translate deal priorities and risk into actionable plans, drive playbook maturity, and provide leadership for delivery across ISRM and business technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• A&D Cybersecurity Portfolio Operations: Manage a comprehensive portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases with timelines and reporting.
• Capability Resourcing & Oversight: Support resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Deal Security Enablement: Advance deal security initiatives and team education.
• Reporting, Governance & Executive Visibility: Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk.
• Post-Close Workstream Coordination: Lead or deputy DRI for post-close integration workstreams.
• Process Standardization & Operational Maturity: Establish playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and improve playbooks and dashboards.
• Risk, Dependency & Issue Management: Track risks, issues, dependencies and escalation paths.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, legal, finance, and business teams to align execution.
• Team Leadership & Development: Provide guidance to team members and contractors.
