Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. The role spans pre- and post-close workstreams, coordinating cybersecurity across complex transactions and partner teams globally.

You will translate deal priorities and risk into structured plans, drive governance, and ensure timely execution while maturing operational processes and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and exec reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across pre- and post-close phases with timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms.
• Advance deal security initiatives, educate deal teams, and ensure cybersecurity participation across transaction types.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and progress against milestones.
• Serve as a delivery lead or deputy DRI for post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Establish and improve A&D security processes, playbooks, templates, workflows, and RACI models.
