Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead the cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close transactions. You will translate deal priorities and risks into structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive playbook maturity and reporting for secure transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related fields.
Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams and executives.
Ability to translate risk and business needs into actionable plans and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage a comprehensive A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre- and post-close phases.
Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and contractor work to scale capabilities.
Advance deal security initiatives and provide executive reporting on progress.
Lead post-close workstreams and refine playbooks, workflows, and definitions of done.
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and ISRM teams.
