Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
• MBA/MS or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, or related experience.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre- and post-close phases.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Lead deal security initiatives and provide education to deal teams.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio risk and milestones.
• Coordinate post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
