Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead the A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations across pre-close and post-close activities. You will manage a global cybersecurity portfolio, drive playbooks, engage with executive stakeholders, and coordinate complex integrations and divestitures.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely decisions, risk management, and secure transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and executive reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for A&D cybersecurity portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Translate deal priorities, cybersecurity risks, and integration requirements into structured plans and repeatable processes.
• Develop and refine portfolio playbooks, templates, and governance routines for ongoing maturity.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones.
• Coordinate post-close workstreams, ownership, status, risks, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, technology, legal, privacy, finance) to align execution with business priorities.
• Coach and develop team members, contractors, and capability leads within a matrixed environment.
