Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. You will oversee a global cybersecurity portfolio, align deal priorities with risk, and drive structured plans across pre-close and post-close activities.

You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and business technology teams to strengthen execution, improve portfolio visibility, and deliver secure, timely deal outcomes across diverse transactions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams, vendors, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, technology and business requirements into actionable plans and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives spanning pre- and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding and operating rhythms for scale across a growing deal pipeline.
• Lead deal security enablement and governance with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk posture.
