Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead cybersecurity portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close activities for a growing global portfolio of M&A integrations and divestitures.

You will drive playbook maturity, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver executive reporting, and ensure secure transaction outcomes in a global matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate security/tech requirements into actionable plans and governance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, controls, and data protection concepts.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, or similar business transformations.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed global environment and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, and contractor coordination.
• Advance deal security initiatives and provide education to deal teams.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
• Serve as delivery lead for post-close integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and governance practices.
