Pen Manufacturing is seeking an Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts expert to drive growth across commercial aerospace, defense, and government-related manufacturing programs. This role will develop and expand long-term OEM and Tier 1 supplier relationships within aerospace and defense ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years in aerospace and defense sales or strategic accounts.
• Direct experience selling manufacturing services into aerospace or defense.
• Existing relationships with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers preferred.
• Understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and aerospace manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic aerospace and defense OEM relationships.
• Drive new business across commercial aerospace and defense programs.
• Secure multi-year production contracts and manufacturing agreements.
• Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and supply chain leaders.
• Lead pricing strategy, RFQ responses, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and program success.
• Support long-term aerospace and defense growth strategy.
