Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a hunter-minded Sales Account Manager/Sales Engineer to drive new business growth in the Aerospace & Defense manufacturing space. The role starts with aggressive prospecting and evolves toward long-term account ownership, with nationwide travel as needed.

You will identify and close new customers, build a strong pipeline, read blueprints, translate requirements into manufacturable enclosure solutions, and collaborate with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter-style B2B sales experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand custom enclosure solutions; willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new customers through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in industrial and manufacturing markets.
• Assess customer applications to recommend custom enclosure solutions.
• Gather and qualify customer information to support accurate quoting and project execution.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers as accounts mature.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach through close and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and operations to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain CRM records, documentation, and forecasting.
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites, meetings, and industry interactions.
