Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative I focused on the Aerospace & Defense segment. You will pursue new and underpenetrated accounts, convert leads, and drive revenue across global regions from Austin to customers and suppliers.

You will build strategic account plans, manage complex strategies, and develop relationships with decision-makers. This role requires travel and a 60/40 split with base plus commission.

Qualifications

Sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Understanding of electronic components industry is preferred.
Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts.
Ability to articulate complex strategies and execute.
Experience with vendors and customers in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

Drive new-account acquisition and expand Aerospace & Defense accounts.
Build prospecting cadence to convert leads into opportunities.
Develop opportunities, align Arrow solutions to customer needs, and grow revenue.
Develop relationships with decision-makers and accelerate account development.
