Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work arrangement across Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-account acquisition and expand Aerospace & Defense accounts.
• Proactively pursue venture-capital-backed companies and qualified leads.
• Develop opportunities and guide product selection to grow revenue and margins.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to identify future opportunities.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with OTE linked to goals.
