DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for US Public Sector / A&D to lead enterprise transformations across aerospace and defense. The role focuses on long sales cycles, executive relationships, and complex, multi-year engagements with federal and defense clients.

You will own growth, drive digital engineering, cloud, and data solutions, and coordinate with hyperscalers and partners to deliver differentiated outcomes. Remote-West Coast work model supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales with Aerospace & Defense focus.
• Proven track record growing A&D accounts and closing multi-year services and transformation deals.
• Experience selling digital engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity or other mission-critical tech.
• Deep understanding of how A&D organizations buy (program structures, procurement).
• Experience with U.S. Federal/DoD/defense clients and ITAR compliance.
• Ability to support programs requiring security clearances and navigating regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, IDIQs, GWACs, and capture methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own Aerospace and Defense growth including pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Build strategy and execute across aerospace OEMs, defense primes, suppliers, and ecosystem.
• Lead large, complex initiatives across digital engineering, cloud transformation, data, and cybersecurity.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and win strategies aligned to growth.
