Job summary

Ceramic Matrix is seeking an experienced A&D Account Manager to join our Miami sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to project delivery, building enduring relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and homeowners in the luxury tile segment.

The ideal candidate will actively pursue new business, demonstrate a deep understanding of premium porcelain tile, natural stone, mosaics, and large-format slabs, and coordinate with design teams

Qualifications

• Experience managing A&D accounts in luxury residential/commercial markets.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities from initial contact to project completion.
• Strong understanding of premium porcelain tile, natural stone, mosaics and large-format slabs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and other industry professionals throughout the Miami market.
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of active A&D accounts, generating repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Take complete ownership of the sales process from initial client engagement through final delivery and payment.
• Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered as committed.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide regular updates on activity and revenue.
