Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency calls and nonemergency lines.
• Confirm incident location and caller information.
• Use approved questions to identify urgency and nature of incident.
• Enter details into dispatch software accurately and promptly.
• Forward incident information to the appropriate dispatch function.
