Responsibilities

• Enter incident information into CAD systems.
• Dispatch appropriate responders when assigned to radio operations.
• Monitor radio traffic and update responders as circumstances change.
• Provide approved caller instructions within training and certification.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
