Responsibilities

• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information promptly to dispatch function.
• Assist distressed callers with essential information and instructions.
• Follow language-access and accessibility resources when needed.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
