Responsabilités

• Confirm incident location and caller’s callback information.
• Ask structured questions to identify nature and urgency.
• Enter details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions within training.
• Assist callers with language-access resources when needed.
• Maintain caller privacy and confidentiality.
