Regional 911 Intake Solutions is seeking 911 Call Takers to respond to emergency and nonemergency calls from Summerland Key, FL. You will verify locations, capture caller data, and follow scripted questions to determine urgency, then log details in dispatch software and alert the right teams.

This role may require 24/7 shift work, training, background checks, and potential certifications. Strong listening and communication skills are essential for effective support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or call-center experience helpful.
• Strong listening, accurate typing, and clear verbal communication are essential.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and complete assessments.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency calls and assigned nonemergency lines.
• Confirm incident location and caller’s callback information.
• Use approved questions to identify nature and urgency of the situation.
• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
