This role may involve rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and strong communication, typing, and procedural skills are required. Training and certifications will be provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Help distressed callers focus on essential questions and instructions.
• Use approved language-access and accessibility resources when needed.
• Provide authorized pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
