Flock is seeking a programmatic coordinator to own the end-to-end Call 811 locate workflow, from site surveys through ticket creation and agency coordination.

You will investigate anomalies, track state regulations, and collaborate with Field Operations to ensure field readiness before excavation starts. This role emphasizes software-driven coordination, not field drilling, with stock options and remote-friendly opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating Salesforce, dashboards, and workflow software.
• Strong investigative and analytical capability to interpret site surveys and resolve anomalies.
• Clear written and verbal communication to document histories and updates.
• Ability to prioritize requests under tight timing and evolving standards.
• Methodical record-keeping and tracking dependencies with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Call 811 ticket lifecycle in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Interpret site surveys to create, update, and monitor locate tickets per state regulations.
• Investigate locate anomalies, missing information, and agency delays with clear escalation paths.
• Partner with Field Operations, scheduling, and deployment teams for status visibility and readiness.
• Use internal tools to prioritize high-volume locate requests and maintain audit records.
• Identify process improvements or automations to reduce manual rework while preserving compliance.
