Flock seeks a detail-oriented professional to own the end-to-end Call 811 locate workflow, taking site surveys through ticket creation, agency coordination, and field readiness so installation crews can deploy without disruption.

You will investigate anomalies, track state timelines, and implement improvements using Salesforce and internal systems to keep excavation on schedule and compliant.

• Oversee and execute the end-to-end Call 811 ticket lifecycle in Salesforce and internal systems across assigned operating markets.
• Interpret site surveys to create, update, and monitor locate tickets in compliance with state regulations and timelines.
• Investigate locate anomalies, missing information, and agency delays, documenting evidence and escalating risks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Field Operations, scheduling, and deployment teams to provide status visibility and field readiness.
• Use internal software and queue-management tools to prioritize high-volume locate requests and maintain audit records.
• Identify and implement process improvements or automations to reduce manual rework while protecting compliance and quality.
