Job summary

Wire 3 LLC is seeking a Utility Coordinator in Greenville, SC to manage contractor locate processes from ticket submission to construction start. You will coordinate with locators, monitor 811 tickets, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience with OSP/ISP and 811 systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work across project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with OSP/ISP and telecom processes is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the 811 system and locating requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor locate tickets in the 811 system to ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Use Notion to input, track, and report located segments with up-to-date records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with locating providers and municipal locators.
• Oversee Wire 3’s internal private locates program for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor 811 for locate releases and address delays to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure locating activities meet legal standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other departments.
• Address issues related to locate requests or ticket discrepancies.
• Generate reports on locate activity trends and process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
