Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator for all shifts at Plant 4 in Holland, MI. You will operate resistance spot welders or power presses, assemble metal parts, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires the ability to read and follow work instructions and to stand for long periods. We offer comprehensive benefits through ESOP, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours daily and perform essential tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate resistance spot welders or power press to form parts.
• Inspect parts for conformance and escalate non-conformances.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete required paperwork.
• Move materials and position parts for fixtures and dies.
