Hyatt Regency New Orleans is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver prompt, friendly beverage service in busy bar or lounge settings. You will take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong hospitality focus, calm demeanor under pressure, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and game days. Training and growth opportunities are provided within Hyatt’s global team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous serving or cocktailing experience in a bar, lounge, or high‑volume environment preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and upbeat, outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays/drinks as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, game days, and holidays.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
