Job summary

FirstService Residential in Dallas seeks a Valet who delivers five-star, community-living service in a luxury residential setting. You will greet residents and guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide a quick, professional shuttle experience.

The role requires excellent time management, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in varied weather. You will join the concierge team and help create memorable experiences while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of industry experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• DMV checks may be reviewed by management.

Responsibilities

• Parks and retrieves resident and guest vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Successful completion of Museum Tower house car driving training and evaluation program with designated trainer.
• Able to drive and maneuver safely a variety of type and sizes of vehicles, while adhering to all internal safety controls and state traffic regulations and laws.
• Capable to provide professional operation of the house car shuttle service to pick up and drop off passengers as directed.
• Immediately, report any concerns and incidents regarding position responsibilities or assigned duties to management, concierge or leadership on site.
• Capable of operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Provides claim checks and instructs residents and/or guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
• Always demonstrates superior customer service and a genuine desire to serve.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property.
• Provides prompt and knowledgeable service to all residents and guests.
• Able to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time.
• Provides accurate and timely documentation of incidents reports, activity logs and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions which require attention and/or repair.
• Adheres to all Front Desk procedures including, but not limited to: reviewing and completing daily shift checklists. completing incident reports for management; and responding to emergency situations.
• Willing and able to walk resident dog upon request and clean up after the pet when needed.
• Adheres to all FirstService Residential's standards for resident and guest services.
