Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Valet for a luxury Dallas community, focused on delivering a 5-star experience for residents and guests. You will greet and assist with professionalism, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.

The role involves driving and parking vehicles, maintaining safety, completing documentation, and coordinating with the Concierge team to deliver prompt, friendly service in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Employment is subject to DMV checks.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Two to three years of industry experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be friendly, courteous and service-oriented.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Driver safety courses may be required after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Parks and retrieves resident and guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete training and evaluation for Museum Tower house car driving.
• Drive and maneuver various vehicle types safely while following internal safety controls and laws.
• Operate the house car shuttle service to pick up and drop off passengers as directed.
• Report concerns immediately to management or on-site leadership.
• Provide professional operation of car services for residents and guests.
• Provide superior customer service and a positive first/last impression.
• Greet residents and guests and offer prompt, knowledgeable service.
• Work in varied weather conditions for extended periods.
• Document incidents, logs and vehicle status accurately.
