• Minimum of two years of hospitality or upscale residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during assigned shifts.
• Deliver an elevated resident and guest experience through attentive and anticipatory service.
• Answer phones, manage messages, and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries.
• Monitor lobby activity and security cameras as required.
• Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Assist residents with amenity requests, local recommendations, and service coordination.
• Build positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and property staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
