Job summary

The Anaheim Hotel is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to assist guests with bags, directions, and lobby assistance, delivering service with a welcoming smile. You will support Front Desk, Concierge, and PBX teams while maintaining a safe and efficient porte cache area and keeping the lobby tidy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior service experience preferred in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presence at the Lobby Front Entry Door and Bell Podium.
• Monitor Parking Permits for all Vehicles on site and direct guests to purchase permits.
• Keep parking areas clean and report deficiencies to appropriate departments.
• Provide exceptional guest service utilizing the service culture and HEART steps.
• Keep porte cache clear and safe from vehicles.
• Assist Front Desk including room moves, luggage, packages and lobby presence.
• Be knowledgeable of Concierge procedures to assist when needed.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, PBX, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Fulfill guest requests promptly and multitask multiple requests.
• Knowledge of surrounding area including directions and tourist destinations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the front office.
