• Provides customer service to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and revenue generation.
• Communicates customer concerns to management for effective resolution.
• Works with vendors to expedite orders and locate sources for product.
• Supports outside sales representatives.
• Operates basic warehouse equipment and handles loading/unloading.
• Creates and applies bar codes; stocks shelves.
• Fosters MSC culture at location and companywide.
