Responsibilities

• Assist walk in customers in the store and answer inbound calls at a specific on site location to sell MSC products in accordance with MSC Culture and Customer Service Standards.
• Resolves on-site customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions using information from multiple sources.
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and revenue generation using all tools available.
• Communicate customer concerns to management for effective problem resolution.
• Work with vendors to produce quotes, expedite orders and locate product sources.
• Support outside sales representatives in daily activities and customer outreach.
• Maintain safety and MSC standards while operating basic warehouse equipment and handling items.
