Job summary

Boston International is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform and support a broad range of warehouse operations. This senior non-management role requires advanced knowledge of warehouse procedures and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), with cross-training across functions to cover daily priorities.

You will independently execute picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory controls, mentor Operator I/II staff, and help resolve discrepancies while maintaining safety and productive

Qualifications

• Extensive warehouse experience or progression through warehouse roles.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS and inventory movement.
• Ability to train and support other employees.
• Forklift and warehouse equipment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform major warehouse functions including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory, investigate discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts.
• Provide hands-on training to junior warehouse staff.
• Support workflow by adapting across functions to daily priorities.
• Assist with WMS issues and improvements.
