Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and drive warehouse efficiency. You will develop workflows and labor plans, implement best practices, and guide safety and KPI-driven improvements.

You will partner with HR and site leadership to hire top talent, collaborate across functions to fulfill orders, and focus on exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, for decision making.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency.
• Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to hire Supervisors.
• Provide input to select top talent aligned with values and job needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Proactively address customer concerns to achieve exceptional satisfaction.
