Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and standardize processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Compile comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration.
• Partner with Human Resources for hiring processes.
• Ensure consistent fulfillment of customer orders.
• Address customer concerns with proactive measures.
