DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a third shift (Sunday-Thursday). The role supports warehouse operations nationwide, coaching a diverse frontline team, ensuring safety, and driving operational performance with regular KPI analysis.

The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork and process improvements within DHL’s distribution network, contributing to service excellence and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
