Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Distribution network. The role reports to operations leadership and is responsible for coaching and guiding a diverse frontline team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position emphasizes health and safety compliance, performance monitoring, and proactive process improvements to optimize warehouse operations. This is an onsite, salaried role within a large North American network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and support, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and analysis to management with recommendations.
• Foster open communication across leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
