Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the third shift (Mon-Thu, 20:00-06:30) at Lockbourne, OH. You will supervise teammates, ensure accurate picking and packing, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with the supervisor for daily tasks.

Essential duties include inventory counts, forklift operation, and on-site leadership to meet client orders efficiently. A high school diploma and forklift certification within 30 days are required, with related experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Other professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed.
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures.
• Operate forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment as required.
• Loads/unloads materials and scans freight using RF equipment.
• On-site presence required at the assigned work location.
