Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team. You will operate a forklift, pick, pack, and load client orders, and help maintain accurate inventory while following Crane SOPs.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of related experience, and the ability to learn our RF-based warehouse management system. You will contribute to safety, training others, and daily housekeeping to keep the facility compliant and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with RF scanning and warehouse tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, packed, and loaded accurately.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as needed with proper authorization.
• Monitor safety and security procedures and ensure compliance.
• Direct and train team members as instructed by supervisor.
• Scan freight via WMS with RF equipment and complete paperwork promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• On-site presence at the assigned location.
